To start your own Prepaid mobility plan please see the steps below.

• Visit TBayTel or a TBayTel Mobility Dealer to buy or activate any working cell phone*.
• With your activated cell phone, call #8255 (#TALK) to set up a 4-digit password and get a Fill Up & Go! Plan that suits you.
• Add Prepaid Dollars to any Fill Up & Go! plan by purchasing Fill Up & Go! PIN vouchers at participating retailers. Or, add Prepaid Dollars by telephone or over the web.
• TBayTel Mobility customers may retain the number from a Mobility Rate Plan if they switch to Fill Up & Go! Prepaid Mobility. The Fill Up & Go! Prepaid phone number may be retained when switching to another TBayTel Mobility Rate Plan.
