If a Fill Up and Go! Account Balance remains at zero for 4 months, the phone number becomes invalid. PIN number is valid for one (1) year from date of purchase. A monthly surcharge of 25¢/month for the emergency 911 service is applicable to all Prepaid Mobility numbers. A surcharge of $1.25/minute per inquiry for 411 directory assistance is available for all Prepaid Mobility numbers. Cell phone must be compatible with the TBayTel network.
