Bill Payment Options

TBayTel provides several convenient and easy ways for you to pay your bill.

Whichever option you may prefer, please ensure that your account number is clearly marked so that we can quickly and efficiently process your payment.

New MANAGE YOUR BILLS ONLINE

Manage your TBayTel bills online with the new myTBayTel Account Page. To use the features of this site you must register. After registration is complete, add your TBayTel accounts so that you can manage your bills. Once you have registered on the myTBayTel Account Page and added your account(s) you can do the following:

View Your Bill

Click “View Your Bill” under the Billing menu at the top of the page to view your Landline/Internet and/or Mobility bills. You will be able to choose the month you wish to view.

Pay Your Bill

Click "Pay Your Bill" under the Billing menu at the top of the page to pay your Landline/Internet and/or Mobility bills. You will be required to set up your payment option when you click “Pay”. This is a secure site.

Subscribe to E-Bill Service

E-Bill is an environmentally-friendly and convenient alternative to receiving your monthly paper TBayTel bill(s). Once you sign up for E-Bill service you will receive one final paper bill. From that point onward you will receive your bill(s) electronically and a notification will be sent to your requested email address when new bills are available to be viewed.

TBayTel customers can pay bills online with epost, Canada Post's free electronic bill presentment service, which helps you to manage your bills and other financial documents, safely and securely, online. Sign up online today. epost gives you the option of paying online by credit card.

BY PRE-AUTHORIZED PAYMENT PLAN

Your monthly payment is automatically withdrawn from your bank account or charged to your credit card on the due date. Pre-Authorization request forms are available at TBayTel or at any participating financial institution. Or, complete a pre-authorized payment form and submit it along with with a blank cheque marked VOID, and your bank will withdraw your TBayTel payments on the due date. TBayTel will still mail a statement of account to you prior to the due date so you have a record of the amount your account is debited.

WHERE YOU BANK

Make your payment by teller at most financial institutions (bill stub required), through automated bank machines, telephone banking or Internet banking.

BY CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORIZATION

Your monthly payment is automatically charged to your credit card - Visa, Mastercard, or American Express - on the date the account is due. No charge is levied for this service.

NSF CHARGE

TBayTel will apply a charge of $25 to offset the cost of processing any payment and/or cheque, returned or rejected by a financial institution or credit card company.
